All of Mobile Vibe's products are delivered directly to your handset via SMS text messaging. Nearly all U.S. service providers have SMS. To receive larger files like polyphonic ringtones and wallpapers, your phone must also be internet-enabled.

While all of our products arrive as a text or SMS message, the next steps differ based on carrier, handset, and type of product ordered. If you have ordered a monophonic ringtone for a monophonic phone, the ringtone resides in the text message sent to your handset. Simply open the message and save the tone using your phone’s options menu. If you order a wallpaper or polyphonic ringtone, the SMS message will contain a link. Go to this link using the internet browser on your mobile phone, and the download will begin immediately. Save the content to your phone when prompted at the end of the download.
